2). Mix all ingredients together to make meatballs and roll out to desired size. ( I usually make them 1 ounce).
3). In a fry pan heat 1 tsp of oil on medium high heat. Once the oil is hot place the rolled out meatballs in the pan and sear on all sides. If the pan is too hot and there is a lot of splattering turn down the heat.
4). Once seared on all sides add to the simmering sauce and finish cooking the meatballs for about 5-10 more minutes.
5). Serve with your favorite cooked pasta or our preferred way, with Thai Jasmine or brown rice. You can garnish with either Thai basil or sweet basil.
