2 dozen chicken wingettes or drummettes (about 3-4 lbs) 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro 2 tbsp chopped fresh basil 1 tbsp chopped fresh mint 2 tbsp finely ground peanuts Pretty Thai® Sweet Chili Sauce (1/4 cup or as needed)

1). Preheat oven to 350ºF. Place wings onto a large sheet pan and bake 28-30 minutes, until golden brown and the internal temperature is 165ºF. Alternatively, you can sauté in a wok on high heat, until golden brown and the internal temperature is 165ºF. 2). Remove pan from oven and place wings in a large bowl. Coat evenly with Pretty Thai® Sweet Chili Sauce. Toss and coat with peanuts and herbs and a sprinkle of Pretty Thai® Thai Chili Powder. 3). Place on serving platter and enjoy!
