Chicken Salad


1 tsp- 1tbsp Pretty Thai® Seasoning Salt 3 lbs chicken, cubed 1/2 zest of lime Squeeze 1 lime 1 cup yuzukosho mayo* or regular mayo 4 green onion chopped 1 large handful cilantro, roughly chopped *See yuzukosho recipe


1). Saute the cubed chicken with Pretty Thai® Seasoning Salt until fully cooked. 2). Mix the cooked chicken together with the lime zest, squeeze of 1/2 lime, yuzukosho (or regular) mayo, green onion, and cilantro. Add more Pretty Thai® Seasoning Salt if desired. 3). Serve with crackers or on a sandwich!
