1 lb ground meat of choice (beef, chicken, turkey or pork)

1 medium/large shallot, minced

1 tbsp garlic, minced

1 tbsp oil

1 cup grape tomato, halved

1/2 cup mint, finely chopped

1/2 cup cilantro, finely chopped

1/4 cup Pretty Thai® Lemongrass-Lime Dressing

1 head romaine or green leaf lettuce, washed and leaves pulled apart

Pretty Thai® Chili Powder, as desired (optional)




1). Heat oil in skillet on high heat.

2). Add garlic.  When the garlic becomes fragrant and the edges start to brown, add the shallots and combine with garlic and oil.

3). Add ground meat and start to brown, then add Pretty Thai® Lemongrass-Lime Dressing and stir to mix with meat, add desired amount of Pretty Thai® Chili Powder, reduce heat to medium, and cook until 3/4 of the liquid is reduced and the meat is dark and caramelized.  Remove from heat.

4). Add in the tomatoes, mint, and cilantro and combine.  Taste and add more Thai chili powder if desired.

5). Serve in lettuce leaves and Enjoy!
