Stuffed Green Curry Burger
1 lbs ground beef (70/30 is best)
1 Tbsp of Pretty Thai® Seasoning Salt
1 white button mushrooms, sliced
2 slices smoked Gouda cheese
8-12 Mint leaves
8-12 Cilantro leaves
8-12 Thai Basil leaves
2 hamburger buns
Mayo, or use our citrus mayo
1 tomato, sliced
2 oz. Pretty Thai® Green Curry Sauce
Pretty Thai® Chili Powder - as desired
1). Fire-up your grill to 400 degrees as this will allow time for the grill to preheat while you patty and stuff the burgers.
2). Add the Pretty Thai® Seasoning Salt to the ground beef, thoroughly mixing to ensure even flavor distribution.
3). Handcraft (4) 4-oz. patties.
4). Stuff the burgers by placing a slice of cheese on top of one patty, a couple of mint leaves, cilantro, and mushrooms and place a second patty on top of that first patty and squeeze the two patty edges together to form one huge hamburger patty. Make sure the edges are sealed as one and rounded off. Repeat for remainder of patties.
5). Add burgers to the grill, cooking on each side for 7-8 minutes for medium “doneness”.
6). Spread mayo on all buns and toast on grill just prior to removing burgers.
7). Spread another light layer of mayo on the bottom of the toasted bun, and then add lettuce.
8). Place the burger on top of the lettuce, and then pour on the Pretty Thai® Green Curry Sauce.
9). Finish with a sprinkle Pretty Thai® Chili Powder, top with a slice or two of tomato, and 2-3 Thai basil leaves.
10). Serve and enjoy; but be sure to have plenty of napkins close by!
