Pretty Thai® Meatloaf Ingredients: 1 lb. ground beef 1 Tbsp. Pretty Thai® seasoning salt ½ cup chopped onion 1 bell pepper 1 egg 8 oz. canned diced tomato, with juice ½ cup coarsely ground oats Topping: 1/3 cup ketchup 2 Tbsp. brown sugar 1 Tbsp. yellow mustard Directions: 1). Combine the beef, Pretty Thai® Seasoning Salt, chopped onion, bell pepper, egg, and diced tomatoes together in a large bowl. Mix well. 2). Fill a small loaf pan with the meatloaf. 3). To make the topping combine ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard. Spread on top of the meatloaf. 4). Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

Chicken Salad Ingredients: 1 tsp- 1tbsp Pretty Thai® Seasoning Salt 3 lbs chicken, cubed 1/2 zest of lime Squeeze 1 lime 1 cup yuzukosho mayo* or regular mayo 4 green onion chopped 1 large handful cilantro, roughly chopped *See yuzukosho recipe Directions: 1). Saute the cubed chicken with Pretty Thai® Seasoning Salt until fully cooked. 2). Mix the cooked chicken together with the lime zest, squeeze of 1/2 lime, yuzukosho (or regular) mayo, green onion, and cilantro. Add more Pretty Thai® Seasoning Salt if desired. 3). Serve with crackers or on a sandwich!

Caprese Ingredients: 3 heirloom tomatoes, 1/4 inch thick slices 1 lb fresh mozzarella, 1/4 inch thick slices 1 handful fresh basil leaves Meyer lemon olive oil Pretty Thai® Seasoning Salt, to taste Pretty Thai® Thai Chili Powder, optional, to taste Directions: 1).
